30-Day Returns

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Original Condition

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Fast Refunds

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

  • Unopened/unused items
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items with manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made furniture
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Used or damaged items (by customer)
  • Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

    Contact Support

    Visit our support page and submit a return request with your order number.

  2. 2

    Receive Return Authorization

    We'll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. 3

    Pack & Ship

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return center using the provided label.

  4. 4

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.

Restocking Fee

Large furniture items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll cover return shipping costs
  • Choose between a replacement or full refund
  • No restocking fee applies

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom furniture and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. However:

  • Manufacturing defects are still covered under warranty
  • You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order
  • After production begins, a 50% cancellation fee applies
  • We work with you to ensure the design meets your expectations before production
