By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Luxesaver, a custom fabrication lab located in Plano, Texas.

Our Services

Luxesaver provides custom fabrication services including but not limited to:

• Custom epoxy river furniture (tables, countertops, art pieces)
• CNC machining and precision cutting
• CO2 and fiber laser cutting and engraving
• 3D printing and rapid prototyping
• Custom signage and lettering
• Decorative panels and architectural elements
• Custom woodworking and furniture design

Custom Orders and Quotes

Quote Process

• All custom work requires a consultation and formal quote
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices may vary based on material availability, complexity, and specifications
• Final pricing is confirmed upon order acceptance

Deposits and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production on custom orders
• The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup
• For orders over $10,000, payment schedules may be arranged
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash

Design Approval

• Customers must approve designs and specifications before production begins
• Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges
• We provide 3D renders or drawings for approval on complex projects

Materials and Natural Variations

We work with natural materials including wood, stone, and metals. Please understand:

• Natural Variations: Wood grain, color, and texture vary naturally. No two pieces are identical.
• Epoxy Work: Minor variations in epoxy color depth and flow patterns are inherent to the process and add uniqueness.
• Live Edge: Natural cracks, knots, and character marks are features, not defects.
• Color Matching: While we strive for accuracy, screens display colors differently. We recommend in-person consultations for color-critical projects.

Production and Delivery

Timeline

• Production times vary by project complexity, typically 4-12 weeks for furniture
• Timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability or complexity
• We will communicate any delays promptly
• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee

Delivery and Installation

• Local delivery within the Dallas-Fort Worth area is available
• White-glove delivery and installation services are offered for large pieces
• Shipping costs for out-of-area deliveries are quoted separately
• Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery
• Pickup from our Plano workshop is available by appointment

Warranty and Returns

Warranty

All Luxesaver furniture and custom pieces come with a limited warranty:

• Structural Warranty: 5 years against defects in craftsmanship under normal use
• Epoxy Finish: 2 years against yellowing, cracking, or delamination under proper care
• Metal Components: 1 year against manufacturing defects

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Natural aging, patina development, or wood movement
• Damage from exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight
• Modifications made by anyone other than Luxesaver

Returns and Refunds

• Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
• Stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun
• Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion

Care and Maintenance

To maintain your warranty and keep your piece looking its best:

• Use coasters and trivets to protect surfaces from heat and moisture
• Clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals
• Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping
• Maintain consistent humidity levels (40-60%) for wood pieces
• Follow specific care instructions provided with your piece

Intellectual Property

• All designs, photos, and content on our website are owned by Luxesaver
• Custom designs created for clients remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to photograph and showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Clients may request confidentiality for proprietary designs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Luxesaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Installation of heavy pieces should be done by professionals; we are not liable for installation-related injuries

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Collin County, Texas
• Small claims court actions may be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
